KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI - A hardworking grandfather suffered a broken nose and damage to his eyes after he was brutally assaulted by a 14 year-old boy at a rap concert in Kansas City.
Thomas Schlange, 66, was attacked while working inside the T-Mobile Center in the Missouri city on Sunday night at a NBA YoungBoy concert after asking the violent teenager to move to the correct seat.
The bloodthirsty boy - who has not been named or charged over the attack - hurled Schlange to the floor and bludgeoned him with his fists.
A new video shows a distressed-looking Schlange with blood pouring from his mouth after the vicious beating.
In a GoFundMe page, Schlange is said to have already been suffering from glaucoma before the attack - with concerns his vision could also be affected at a later date.
Images shared on the page show Schlange with his nose swollen alongside a burst upper lip that is also bruised and inflamed.
His family spoke with a local Facebook page who shared the fundraiser, adding that he may require a nose job to fix it.
Prior to the confrontation Schlange was informed that a young manwas not in the correct seat and in the wrong area by revelers.
