DONNA, TEXAS - Donna police have announced the arrest of two men in connection with a child indecency investigation that dates back to mid-August. Authorities say the case involves multiple charges of sexual misconduct against a minor, highlighting the severity of the allegations.
According to police, Rogelio Vazquez was arrested and arraigned on three child sex crime charges, including child sexual conduct and indecent exposure. His bond was set at $160,000, reflecting the serious nature of the accusations.
Meanwhile, Elena Belmares was also taken into custody. She faces one child sex crime charge as well as a charge for failing to report the sexual assault of a victim, according to Donna PD.
