ATLANTA, GEORGIA - A suspect has been arrested for allegedly stealing Beyoncé’s unreleased music, tour plans and other “personal sensitive information” from an SUV belonging to two members of her touring crew — but the never-before-heard tracks remain missing, according to reports and authorities.
Kelvin Evans was booked into Atlanta’s Fulton County jail on charges of entering a vehicle with the intent to commit theft and a parole violation, according to the Atlanta Police Department.
