Swade and Quinasia arrested in Lenoir County North Carolina in car stolen in Virginia

LENOIR COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA - Lenoir County Sheriff Jackie Rogers conducted a traffic stop on Wednesday afternoon that led to two arrests and the recovery of a vehicle reported stolen out of Virginia.
Around 5:45 p.m., Sheriff Rogers stopped a vehicle, with a temporary paper plate, that was traveling at a high rate of speed and driving erratically on US 70 in the area of the NC 148 overpass, per a release.
The driver of the vehicle was unable to produce a valid driver's license or registration documentation for the vehicle, and an investigation revealed that the vehicle had been reported stolen from Virginia, according to officials.
The driver, Swade Paris, 33, of Kinston, and a passenger, Quinasia Coward, 21, of Kinston, were taken into custody.
