OAKDALE AND OBERLIN, LOUISIANA - Four people are facing charges in two vehicle theft cases out of Allen Parish.
On Sept. 16, the Allen Parish Sheriff’s Office and Oberlin Police Department began investigating a vehicle stolen from a home in Oberlin. APSO said a gun and other items were also stolen from a vehicle in the area.
The same day, the Oakdale Police Department also began investigating a stolen vehicle case, APSO said.
Investigators said they spotted both stolen vehicles on surveillance footage in the Oberlin area before 3 a.m. APSO said the vehicles appeared to be traveling together.

Once the chase ended, Colton Hebert, Logan Rodriguez, and two juveniles were detained, APSO said. All four were interviewed and arrested on Sept. 17.
