MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA - An arrest is being made in connection to an August child sex crime incident, according to the Montgomery Police Department and court filings.
Nikki Miller, 46, of Montgomery, was arrested Thursday and charged with enticing a child to enter a vehicle for immoral purposes.
The crime is said to have happened around 6 p.m. on Aug. 29, in the 300 block of Blackwood Drive. That’s near Wares Ferry Road and Atlanta Highway.
Court filings state that Miller told the child he worked for the Department of Human Resources, or DHR, and asked if he wanted a ride to a gas station.
