ROCKFORD, ILLINOIS — UPDATE: Rockford Police have identified the suspect as 23-year-old Kameron Lemon of Belvidere. Lemon is in custody in the Winnebago County Jail on charges of first-degree murder and aggravated battery with a firearm.
UPDATE: The 28-year-old male victim has died, according to the Rockford Police Department.
