LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - D4vd and his manager have abruptly broken their $20,000-a-month Hollywood Hills lease just days after police raided the property in connection with the dismembered body of a missing teenager found in his Tesla, the home’s owner has told the Daily Mail.

The remains of Celeste Rivas, who vanished in May 2024 aged 13, were discovered on September 8 in the front trunk of an impounded car registered to D4vd - real name David Anthony Burke.

The Tesla had been abandoned for days near Doheny Place and Bluebird Avenue, only blocks from a four-bedroom home rented by Burke’s manager, Josh Marshall, where the 20-year-old singer had been staying.

Police stormed the property on September 17, seizing bags of evidence, including a laptop.

The LAPD confirmed the raid was tied to the disappearance and suspected murder of Rivas, though no charges have yet been filed.

Homeowner Mladen Trifunovic said Marshall signed the lease in February 2024 - the same month Rivas was first reported missing from her family’s home in Lake Elsinore. She briefly returned but vanished again in May.

Trifunovic told the Daily Mail that following last week’s raid, Marshall asked to terminate the lease and has begun moving out both his and Burke’s belongings.
