HOUSTON, TEXAS - Three people were found dead inside a north Houston apartment Monday in an apparent murder-suicide, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said.
HCSO said deputies responded at 2:30 p.m. to the Shadow Ridge Apartments, 12203 Old Walters Road, after a family friend went to check on Yaquelin Arias Rivas, 30, when she didn’t show up for work and found three people deceased.
Deputies found Rivas; her younger sister, Saidia Machado, 19; and Rivas’ ex-boyfriend, Sebastian Rodriguez, 40, on the floor, covered in blood, according to a Precinct 4 Constable’s Office Facebook post and the sheriff’s office.
