RUTLAND, VERMONT - A man wanted for murder in Rutland was arrested during a traffic stop in Chautauqua County, New York, according to police.
The Rutland City Police Department said Terrence Biggs Jr., 25, of Warren, Michigan was arrested on Wednesday in Portland, New York, by members of New York State Police Troop T.
Police had a warrant for Biggs' arrest for second-degree murder stemming from the homicide of Austin Rodriguez in April. Rodriguez was found shot to death in a home on Summer Street.
