TORRINGTON, CONNECTICUT — City police and federal marshals from the U.S. Fugitive Task Force on Tuesday teamed up to find and arrest a city man they say is wanted for attempted murder in Queens, N.Y.
Torrington Police Sgt. Kyle Johnson said 22-year-old Rene Tobo was taken into custody without incident in the 500 block of New Litchfield Street and initially held on a $1 million bond.
