Jayden arrested for murder after a shooting Zephaniah and a child in Washington DC

WASHINGTON, DC - The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced an additional arrest in the Petworth homicide that occurred on April 29 in the 800 block of Taylor Street, NW and the 3700 block of Georgia Avenue, NW.
Zephaniah Wright, 19, was fatally shot, and there was one surviving victim, a 15-year-old male, who sustained serious injuries.
Previously, Jose Hernandez, 18, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder while armed. On Sept. 19, Jayden Wells, 18, was also arrested and charged with the same offense.
