VICKSBURG, MISSISSIPPI - Both men wanted in connection with a drive-by shooting earlier this month have now been arrested, the Vicksburg Police Department said.
Alvin Terrell Truitt Jr., 19, turned himself in to the VPD on Tuesday and will make his first court appearance later in the week.
On Sept. 19, VPD issued a lookout alert for Truitt and Chauncey Lorenzo Walker Jr., 19, regarding a Sept. 8 incident in the 900 block of Locust Street. Police say Truitt and Walker fired shots as they left the area after a verbal altercation.
