Talia faces 10 years and $250K fine for using food stamp benefits to fund her Saginaw Michigan business efforts

SAGINAW, MICHIGAN — A Saginaw woman is facing a hefty felony for allegedly buying ingredients with her Bridge Card, then selling the resultant baked goods for a profit.

Authorities on June 30 issued a warrant for 32-year-old Talia C. Teneyuque, charging her with one count of food stamp fraud of $1,000 or more. The charge is punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
