Roscoe charged with murder after strangling woman in nursing home to death in Waterville Ohio

WATERVILLE, OHIO — A man is charged with murder after allegedly strangling a woman to death at a Waterville nursing home Tuesday, according to court records.
Roscoe Gilmore Jr., 63, is charged in Maumee Municipal Court on one count of murder and one count of strangulation. The charges were filed on Wednesday.
Police say Gilmore used a towel to strangle the woman to death at Heritage Village. According to police, the victim was found with the towel still tied around her neck, along with "severe bruising to her face and neck."
