MICHIGAN CITY, INDIANA - A man has been arrested and charged in the deadly shooting of another man earlier this month in Michigan City.
47-year-old Tommy Hodges of Michigan City has been charged with murder, possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon and criminal recklessness for his role in the Sept. 3 shooting on Franklin Street.
The victim, 23-year-old Jacob Addison of Michigan City, died from his injuries a day after the shooting.
