MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA – From Sept 17 to Sept 23, 2025, The United States Marshals Service, District of Minnesota’s North Star Fugitive Task Force, in conjunction with the Minneapolis Police Department, the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team, and the United States Marshals Service Eastern District of Michigan’s Detroit Fugitive Apprehension Team, apprehended the following fugitives:
• Tyrone Childs Jr, 21, wanted in Hennepin County for 2nd Degree Homicide, Burglary, and Assault. Childs was arrested by the U.S. Marshals at an address in South St. Paul without incident.
• Trayveion Green, 24, wanted in Hennepin County for 2nd Degree Homicide and 6 counts of Attempted Homicide. Green was arrested without incident by the Minneapolis Police Department in coordination with the United States Marshals Service.
• Aerious Adams, 21, wanted in Chicago for 1st Degree Murder. Adams was apprehended at an address in Minneapolis by the U.S. Marshals with assistance from the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team.
• Kyhalyn Niemeyer, 26, wanted in Hennepin County for 2nd Degree Murder. Adams was arrested in Detroit, Michigan by the United States Marshals Service Eastern District of Michigan’s Detroit Fugitive Apprehension Team in coordination with the United States Marshals Service North Star Fugitive Task Force in Minnesota.
