Lorenzo charged with murder after a Memphis Tennessee shooting that killed his girlfriend/baby-mama Jasmine, a relative, and wounded others

MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE - The Memphis Police Fugitive Unit has found and arrested a man wanted in connection with a deadly double shooting, according to the Memphis Police Department.
Lorenzo Cross is accused of killing his girlfriend and her relative, while also injuring others.
He is charged with two counts of first-degree murder and eight counts of attempted first-degree murder.
The deadly double shooting happened earlier this year.
On April 22, officers responded to a shooting call on Cleoford Avenue.
When officers arrived, they discovered that three victims, including Jasmine Ellington, were suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
According to the affidavit, Ellington was the mother of one of the suspect’s children, later identified as Lorenzo Cross.
