BRIDGEPORT, CONNECTICUT - A Bridgeport man charged with sexually assaulting four children was found convicted on multiple offenses on Monday.
A Bridgeport Superior Court jury found 42-year-old Rahmani Kabwe, 42, guilty of first-degree sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault, risk of injury to a minor and fourth-degree sexual assault following a weeklong trial, according to the Connecticut Division of Criminal Justice.
Court records show that Kabwe sexually assaulted three young girls between 2019 and 2021, and another child in 2022 while he was out on bond in the first case.
“Of the two charging documents totaling 14 counts, Kabwe was found guilty on all counts,” the DCJ said.
