Jawan charged with murder after a recent Cincinnati Ohio shooting

CINCINNATI, OHIO - It only took police a week to arrest a suspect in the murder of a man in Evanston.
Jawan Bates, 25, was shot on Montgomery Road and Brewster Avenue on Sept. 26. Someone took him to the hospital where he died.
On Oct. 2, police arrested Jamarr Harshaw, 35. He is charged with murder and felonious assault.
