Challah charged with murder after shooting teen outside a Baltimore County Maryland high school

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MARYLAND - Baltimore County Police announced an 18-year-old was arrested and charged in the shooting death of a 16-year-old outside of Lansdowne High School in March.
Challah Haywood, 18, was charged with first-degree murder. He is being held without bond.
