Memphis Tennessee police officers Albert and Raphael arrested after being caught drag racing

MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE - Two off-duty MPD officers were arrested by the Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) for allegedly drag racing over the weekend, according to Memphis Police.
Albert Green, 40, and Raphael Willingham, 37, were both taken into custody Sunday.
MPD stated both officers have been relieved of duty until the investigation is completed, and that their actions do not reflect the standards and expectations of men and women at the department.
According to reports, a trooper said he saw two silver Corvettes traveling on Winchester Road near Hickory Hill Road, excessively driving over the speed limit.
The trooper said that when both suspects saw him, they hit their brakes.
