CINCINNATI, OHIO - A Cincinnati woman was fatally shot in the chest by her friend who suggested that they play “Russian roulette” with a revolver that he initially pointed at his own head, according to authorities.
Omarion Horne, 23, was arraigned in Ohio state court on Friday after he was charged with murder in connection to the shooting of Rachel Counts, also 23.
Emergency personnel responded to a report of a shooting on the night of Oct. 5, according to law enforcement officials.
