Latroy charged with murder and Brown sought after shooting Garay in Waterbury Connecticut

WATERBURY, CONNECTICUT - Waterbury police have arrested a man for a murder that took place last week.
On Sept. 15 at around 7:48 p.m., Waterbury Police officers responded to reports of shots fired outside 94 Charles Street.
29-year-old Frank Garay, from Hartford, was pronounced dead when officers arrived.
On Sept. 22, 37-year-old Latroy Young, also from Hartford, was arrested at G Style Lounge in Hartford.
He was charged with conspiracy to commit murder, criminal possession of a firearm/ammunition and illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle.
