PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA - Police have arrested a teenager in connection with a double shooting that claimed the life of a 16-year-old boy Saturday afternoon in Rhawnhurst.
Saahir Mouzon, who two months ago turned 17 years old, has been charged with murder, aggravated assault and other crimes for his alleged role in the killing of Xzavier Gregory, authorities said this week.
Gunfire erupted just before 4 p.m. Saturday at Teesdale and Frontenac streets, and officers called to the scene found Gregory unresponsive with a gunshot wound to his chest, according to the PPD.
