Shaw charged with murder after his 2am Cincinnati Ohio drive-by shooting

CINCINNATI, OHIO — Cincinnati police say that an arrest has been made in connection with Friday morning's shooting on Sycamore Street.
Robert Shaw, 50, is being charged with murder in the death of Justin Johnson, 34.
The shooting happened at approximately 2 a.m. Friday morning after police received a report of a shooting at the 300 block of Sycamore Street near the intersection with Third Street.
The shooting reportedly occurred when a vehicle drove up and fired shots into Johnson's vehicle, before driving away from the scene.
