Megan's law offender Jerome faces rape, kidnapping, and and deviate sexual assault charges In Chambersburg Pennsylvania

CHAMBERSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA - The Chambersburg Police Department arrested Jerome Christopher Lattimore, 62, on August 29, 2025. Lattimore faces charges of one count of rape (F1), one count of kidnapping (F1), and one count of involuntary deviate sexual assault (F1).
The arrest stems from an incident that occurred in March 2025 in the 300 block of West Commerce Street, Chambersburg.
According to records, Lattimore is listed as a Pennsylvania Megan’s Law offender. He was denied bail and is currently being held at the Franklin County Jail.
