Shame-faced court appearance of Rhode Island Asst. Attorney General Devon Flanagan over drunken arrest

NEWPORT, RHODE ISLAND - A Rhode Island state prosecutor has appeared in court after being caught on camera saying 'don't you know who I am' during a drunken arrest.
Special Assistant Attorney General Devon Flanagan was arraigned after trespassing at the Clarke Cooke House, a swanky restaurant in Newport, on August 14.
In court on Wednesday the 34-year-old pleaded no contest to the charge, accepting the evidence but not admitting her guilt.
