Three arrested after Hartford Vermont double shooting

HARTFORD, VERMONT - Three people have been arrested following a deadly shooting in Hartford that left one person dead and another injured.
Vermont State Police announced the arrest of the following people on Friday in connection to the incident:
Police also identified the person who was killed as David Labrecque, 65, of Canaan, New Hampshire. Labrecque was pronounced dead at the scene.
Another person, Jessica Lemay, 36, of Canaan, New Hampshire is currently being treated at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire, for multiple gunshot wounds.
In court documents obtained by NBC5, police said Drew allegedly killed Labrecque during an attempted robbery. Drew, known by his street name of Mitch, was at the home to steal drugs from the homeowner. He also allegedly shot Lemay during the incident, wounding her.
Labrecque and Lemay were dating, the document goes on to explain.
All three of the suspects pleaded not guilty during court appearances on Friday afternoon and were ordered held without bail until an upcoming weight of the evidence hearing.
