Video catches a Louisville Kentucky 13-year-old groping an elderly white woman on her porch

LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY A 13-year-old boy has been charged in Kentucky after an elderly woman was filmed getting groped on her front porch, according to authorities.
Shocking security footage shows a young creep approaching Jan Fletcher, 78, outside her Louisville home on Aug. 26 while claiming to be innocently seeking directions to a nearby park — and asking if she is alone, according to WLKY.
He then walks behind Fletcher and pretends to dust something off her back — before groping her buttocks.
“This was shocking,” Fletcher told WLKY.
“As soon as that happened, I said, ‘Let me tell you something, you better get out of here and you better go now,'” Fletcher told WLKY.
“So he did. He was gone.”
“And I want an apology,” she said.
“I really hate that these young people are out here doing stuff. I hate it, it’s sad, but. What reason do they get? What enjoyment do they get out of doing stuff? I don’t understand it,” Fletcher said.
