Antonio arrested in California and returned to Michigan for trial after murdering a girl outside of a Jackson church

JACKSON, MICHIGAN – A Jackson man accused of fatally shooting a girl outside her church in late July is back in Jackson to face murder charges.
Antonio Treyvonne Green was booked into the Jackson County Jail early Thursday morning, Sept. 11, after being extradited from Fresno California, jail records show.
He was arrested on the following charges:
Homicide - Second Degree Murder
Discharging a Firearm in or at a Building Causing Death
Felony Firearm
“I am grateful for the work done by Michigan State Police Fugitive Team in connection with our local Detectives in working tirelessly to locate Antonio Green,” said Police Chief Simpson.
Authorities are now working to extradite him to Michigan, where he will face murder charges in connection with Sims’ death.
