Jamarcus charged with murder in Tampa Florida after Temple Crest shooting

TAMPA, FLORIDA - Tampa police have arrested a suspect in last week’s fatal shooting in the Temple Crest neighborhood.
Jamarcus Harris, 22, of Tampa was arrested Thursday on a second-degree murder charge in connection to the Sept. 1 shooting that left a 29-year-old man dead, the Tampa Police Department announced in a news release.
Officers responded about 7:30 p.m. to a shooting call in the 4700 block of East Citrus Circle, just south of Busch Boulevard, and found a man suffering from gunshot wounds. He died at the scene.
