Crack dealers Markis and Terris arrested in Wilmington Delaware

WILMINGTON, DELAWARE — Wilmington Police have charged two men following a drug investigation in the city’s North Locust Street area.
According to investigators, members of the Drug, Organized Crime and Vice Division were conducting operations on September 9 at approximately 2:14 p.m. when they observed what they described as drug-related activity involving two individuals. Police stopped the men and took them into custody without incident. Officers reported recovering 12.4 grams of crack cocaine during the arrests.
The suspects were identified as 48-year-old Markis Williams and 37-year-old Terris Broadnax. Williams has been charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 1 quantity. Following arraignment in the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas, he was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $12,000 cash-only bail.
