14-year-old Keyon charged with murder after shooting another teen in a Jacksonville Florida apartment

JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA — A 14-year-old is facing a murder charge after a fatal shooting on Jacksonville's Westside earlier this week, police say.
Just after 5 p.m. Wednesday, officers had responded to reports of a shooting at an apartment complex on LaBelle Street. After arriving, police say they found 18-year-old Marlon Lane with multiple gunshot wounds.
