SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA - The suspect was identified as Juan Diego Rodriguez, 37, of Santa Ana, according to the Santa Ana Police Department.
Officers were alerted by an investigator from the department’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force to a user who had been downloading child sexual abuse material from the internet.
Following an investigation, detectives identified Rodriguez as the suspect. On Aug. 27, a search warrant was served at his home on the 400 block of South Poplar Street.
