Collins charged after shooting Jaylon in a truck that also had 2 children inside in Charleston Mississippi

CHARLESTON, MISSISSIPPI - A Charleston man faces Aggravated assault charges for shooting into a vehicle in which two children rode as passengers.
The Charleston Sun Sentinel reports 32-year-old Michael O'Neil Collins was arrested and charged with three counts of Aggravated assault and one count of shooting into an occupied vehicle.
Tallahatchie County Sheriff Jimmy Fly tells the Sun Sentinel it happened last sunday afternoon near Collins' home, when he shot at a pickup truck belonging to 29-year old Jaylon Anderson of Charleston.
Also in the truck with Anderson, two boys ages 3 and 7.
Anderson was shot in the shoulder and was treated at the local hospital.
