New York City police searching for man who made fun of a random snowflake's gender fantasies

NEW YORK CITY – Police are searching for a suspect who shouted anti-LGBTQIA+ remarks and chased a man in East Harlem during a late-night confrontation earlier this summer.
The incident happened around 10:40 p.m. on Tuesday, July 1, at East 104th Street and 3rd Avenue. A 28-year-old man was standing at the intersection when he was approached by an unidentified individual who made anti-LGBTQIA+ statements, hurled an empty milk carton at him, and then gave chase.
