TikTok influencer Ramon Paez arrested on forgery charges in Oconee County South Carolina

OCONEE COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA- A TikTok influencer based in Miami was arrested on multiple forgery counts in Oconee County.
According to arrest warrants, Ramon Paez and the victim met in October 2024 to fix a blemish on the victim’s credit.
Warrants state the victim agreed to cosign on one construction loan to build houses and turn a profit.
The lender company, Equity Lending Solutions, sent the victim a packet of documents for a loan that was more than what the victim and Paez orginally agreed to, according to warrants.
Document state the company informed the victim that there were eight active loans in their name which she cosigned, but the victim was only aware of one.
