Marzavious charged after a Wetumpka Alabama shooting

WETUMPKA, ALABAMA - Tallassee police have arrested a man following a Friday night shooting in Wetumpka that left someone in critical condition.
Wetumpka police officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Atumnwood Village around 8 p.m. to a report of a person shot.
At the scene, officers found a 32-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to Baptist Medical Center South for treatment.
Wetumpka police Maj. Josh Barfoot said the victim remained in critical condition as of Saturday evening.
Wetumpka PD issued a “Be on the Lookout” Alert to the Tallassee Police Department after witnesses provided a possible ID of a suspect and a vehicle.
Tallassee police arrested 21-year-old Marzavious Robinson, of Eclectic after conducting a traffic stop.
