MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA - A man convicted in a Montgomery homicide case learned his fate Wednesday.
Jamorian Bell will serve 30 years in an Alabama prison, Circuit Judge Brooke E. Reid ordered, for the 2023 murder of Stephanie Stone, 64.
Bell, 18 at the time of his arrest, was charged with capital murder. Court filings noted that he shot and killed the woman during the commission of a robbery.
The homicide happened in the 3200 block of Gatsby Lane, which is near Zelda Road.
