BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA— A second suspect has been charged in connection with the shooting death of a Birmingham man. 20-year-old Quenton Washington, Jr. is charged with capital murder of a person inside a vehicle, attempted murder, and hindering prosecution.
Washington and 20-year-old Dorian Talley are both charged in the shooting death of Quindarius Marteze Allen. Allen was found shot to death inside a car on 5th Avenue North on Aug. 12.
