Soto arrested for murder in Hartford Connecticut after shooting Miguel

HARTFORD, CONNECTICUT - A suspect was arrested for a murder in Hartford that happened last Friday.
Police said they charged 34-year-old Xavier Soto of Vernon with murder, criminal use of a firearm, risk of injury to a child, and first-degree reckless endangerment.
The victim was identified as 38-year-old Miguel Alfinez of Hartford.
