JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA – A man was arrested in connection with the 2023 strangulation death of a 50-year-old man found in his Merrill Road home, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said.
William Bell Jr. was arrested in early September for the man’s murder and four other felony charges in the case, JSO said.
