SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS - A San Antonio man is facing charges after meeting a 14-year-old girl on Instagram and sexually assaulting her on at least three different occasions, court records show.
Andre Halliburton, 31, is charged with three counts of sexual assault of a child. According to affidavits supporting his arrest, Halliburton picked up the girl, now 15, from her home late at night and assaulted her several times.
Police responded to a San Antonio hospital on Aug. 16, where the girl's mother told officers that her daughter had been dropped off at their home around 7 a.m. by an unknown man.
The girl told officers she had sexual contact with the man earlier that morning. She said she met him on Instagram around June 2025 and that he told her he was 20 years old, according to an affidavit.
Investigators identified Halliburton as the suspect through his Instagram account. The victim also identified him from a photo lineup.
The first encounter the victim described was on July 1. The girl said Halliburton picked her up from her house around 11:30 p.m. and they drove to pick up her friend, another 14-year-old girl, an affidavit states.

Halliburton took the two girls to his apartment on the Northwest Side and began smoking marijuana while in bed with them. He sexually assaulted both girls and took them home after 4 a.m., according to the affidavit.
On July 19, Halliburton picked up the girl from her house around 11:50 p.m. He parked near her house and sexually assaulted her in his car, an affidavit says.
Halliburton picked her up again around 11:40 p.m. on Aug. 15, the victim told investigators. She said they picked up food and went to his apartment, where they watched TV and he assaulted her, according to an affidavit.
He told the girl to set an alarm so he could take her home before her parents woke up, the affidavit states. When the alarm went off early that morning, he told her he wouldn't drive her home yet because it was raining and he wanted to wait for the water around his car to decrease.

They were still at his apartment around 6 a.m., according to the affidavit. They "rushed" back to her home when the victim's mother began calling her.
At about 7 a.m., Halliburton dropped the girl off near her house, where her mother demanded she call the person she was with that night. Halliburton did not answer. He told the girl not to call him and to delete their messages so he "wouldn't get in trouble," the affidavit says.
The girl's mother then took her to the hospital for a sexual assault exam and police were alerted.
