Officers responded to the Gospel Lighthouse Church on Main Street.
When crews arrived, they went into the church to quickly locate the victims and shooters.
Police said a fight broke out between two families during the funeral service.
A woman was grazed by a bullet while a man had the stab wound.
Both people were hospitalized.
Officials arrested 34-year-old Joshua Smellie from Hartford back in May and he faced several charges.
Following a thorough investigation, it was revealed that the fight that led to the violence involved two other individuals.
Officials said probable cause was established and the warrants for their arrests was granted.
Police have since placed two other individuals in custody on Monday.
Kendra Faucette was arrested and is being charged with assault second degree and firearm possession.
Courtney Hawkins was also arrested and charged with criminal possession of a firearm.
