MARSHALL, TEXAS - Two men have been arrested and a person is in serious condition after Marshall police were called to a drive-by shooting early Sunday.
Officers responded to the 400 block of West Pinecrest Drive at about 2:33 a.m. for reports of gunfire, according to a release from the Marshall Police Department. They were notified of a victim at the hospital with gunshot wounds to both legs shortly after.
Police detectives worked together with Harrison County authorities to investigate, and they executed multiple search warrants to identify three suspects, the release said.
Braylon Demond George, 20, and JerBraylon Lavone Brazzell, 19, both of Marshall have been arrested. Police are still searching for the third suspect.
George and Brazzell have both been booked into the Harrison County Jail and charged with aggravated assault from a moving vehicle. Their bonds have been set at $100,000, and they remain in custody.
Police said the victim remains in serious condition and additional charges may follow.
