NEW YORK CITY - A fugitive teen gunman was arrested Wednesday and charged with the May murder of a walker-using 57-year-old Bronx man whose family claims was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time, authorities said.
Brandon Sullivan, 18, was attending an afternoon probation meeting when the NYPD’s Violent Crime Task Force closed in on him in connection to the May 18 Fordham Heights shooting that killed 57-year-old Kevin Jennings and wounded a 34-year-old woman, cops and sources said.
He was charged with two counts of murder, a count each of attempted murder, manslaughter and assault, as well as four counts of criminal possession of a weapon, authorities said.
