PHILADELPHIA. PENNSYLVANIA - A 17-year-old has been arrested in connection with a July mass shooting in Philadelphia's Gray's Ferry Section.
Philadelphia police said SWAT and homicide detectives conducted a search warrant on a home in the 1500 block of South 25th Street on Friday morning, where Brandon Fischer was taken into custody.
The teen is the fourth person to be arrested in connection with the deadly shooting that happened on July 7 in the 1500 block of South Etting Street, which left three people dead and nine others hurt.
Jihad Gray, 35; Daquan Brown, 21; and Terrell Frazier, 22, have also been arrested in connection with the shooting. All three have been charged with murder, attempted murder, and multiple other offenses.
