SHREVEPORT, LOUISIANA - Police have arrested the father of a man wanted for a mass shooting in Shreveport while searching for the alleged shooter.
On Friday, Sept. 26, Shreveport Police announced the arrest of Rasson Smith Sr. They say he was arrested while police were searching for his son, Rasson Smith Jr., 21, who is wanted in connection with a mass shooting that happened Sept. 20 in Shreveport.

Smith Sr. was arrested after allegedly being found in possession of three guns. Police say he has previous felony and domestic violence convictions.
