NDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA — An Indianapolis man was taken into custody after a reported stabbing at a Lawrence gas station left a 69-year-old man in critical condition.
According to court documents, 41-year-old Courtney Boose was arrested on the following preliminary charges:
Attempted murder
Aggravated battery
Battery resulting in serious bodily injury
Possession of a narcotic
Attempted battery on a police officer
Resisting law enforcement

After Boose was searched, he was reportedly found with a pocket knife with blood on it, as well as a bag of cocaine. As he was being placed inside the police vehicle, the documents allege that he attempted to headbutt an officer.
